Create a Class

To create a class, you must either be an administrator or a privileged employee (Manage Year/class privilege must be provided). Such a user can create different batches under the same course.


 At the top of your dashboard, click the Menu > Administration > Settings > Manage Year /Class > Manage Year to open the Manage Year page.

  1. Select the Year you want to create the new Class .

  2. In the top right, click the New button





  1. In the Name field, enter the Class details .


  2. In the Start date and End date fields, enter the start and end dates for the Class (Class/Section/Intake/Semester).


  3. Select the Import previous Class subjects checkbox to assign all previous batch subjects (including elective subjects) to this Class

  4. Select the Import previous Class master fees checkbox to assign the previous Class fees structures (fee categories and fee particulars) to this Class

  5. Click the Save button
