Feature Access Settings
As per the institute's requirement, an admin or privileged user can grant parents and guardians access to different features with the feature access settings option. The full list of features includes:
Gallery: To see the shared gallery
Hostel / Accommodation : To see the institute's hostel details
Transport: To see the institute's transport details
Student Documents: To see the institute's documents
Assignment: To see the institute's homework or assignments
Tasks: To see the tasks
To configure the feature access settings, the admin or privileged user must follow the steps below:
At the top of your dashboard, click the Menu > Administration > Settings > Feature access settings to open this page
2. Click on the checkbox of any of these features to provide the parent or the guardian with access
3. Click on Save settings to save the configuration
