How can I enter mark for previous batch exams?
The ‘previous batch exam’ feature will allow you to enter or modify marks obtained by students who have been transferred to a new batch, but had to retake an exam in the previous batch.
At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Academics > Examination > Exam Management to open the Create Exam page.
In the top right, click the Previous Batch Exams button to open the Previous Batch Exams page.
Select the course (Class/Year/Standard/Grade/Program), batch (Class/Section/Intake/Semester), and exam group.
Select the subject for which you want to enter/modify marks.
Enter/Edit the marks.
Select the Retake checkbox if the student is retaking the exam.
Click the Save button.
This is how a retaken exam is indicated in exam reports.
