How can I swap timetable entries when employee is unavailable?

If a teacher is not able to take a class or is unavailable to attend it, you can swap a class with another class as well as another teacher, or only swap the teacher. 

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Academics > Timetable > Timetable Tracker > Swap Timetable to open the Swap Details page.

  2. Select the batch and the date.

 

  1. Click Change beside the subject you want to change.

 

  1. Select the department, the employee, and the subject you want to swap with.

  2. Click the OK button.
