How do I track SMS usage as Portal Account Administrators?

Portal Account Administrators can continuously track the SMS usage by their schools from their account panel.
  1. Log in to your institution portal account panel.

  2. In the top right, click your account name to open the account panel.

  3. Click the Company option. Your company’s profile is displayed.

 

  1. On the left, click SMS. The list of SMS packages (created and inherited) are displayed.

 

For each package the following details are displayed:

  • Name of the package

  • Name of the service provider

  • Validity of the package

  • Total number of SMS in the package (SMS Limit)

  • Number of SMS still available that can be allotted (Available SMS) 

  1. Click Schools to view the schools assigned to a package and the SMS usage details.

 

For each school the following details are displayed:

  • Name of the school

  • Validity of the package

  • Number of SMS allotted 

  • Number of SMS still available for usage
