How to configure “Receipt Templates”
To design custom templates with header and footer for fee receipts, the user needs to perform the below steps:
Go to Menu > Administration > Finance > Finance Settings > Receipt Templates
Click on the “New” option to create a receipt template.
Add “Name” of receipt in the text box
Add “Header” in the respective field.
Add “Footer” in the respective field.
Click on the “Save Receipt Template” button to save the settings.
Note:
If required, Add “Additional Header Templates” by choosing the option from the dropdown as
i) A5 portrait
ii) Thermal Responsive
Click on the “Save and Preview receipt template” button to save and preview the receipt template to check if the receipt is coming as per the requirement.
