How to edit the marks for students in a previous batch ?

• At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Academics > Examination > Exam Management to open the Create Exam page.
  

• Select a class.
  
• On the Batch-wise tab, select the Inactive batches radio button.
  
• Click Manage exams beside the batch.
  
• Click Manage exams beside the exam group.
  
• Select a subject, and then edit the marks.
  
• Select the Retake check-box if the student is retaking the exam.
  
• Click the Save button.
  

This is how a retaken exam is indicated in exam reports.
