How To Take Reports For Applicant Registration?

Once the application is submitted by the applicant or the Admin user in the Registration module, the application form will get created in the system.

The application will have to go through the complete cycle in the module until the application is in the allocated or the discarded status.

During this cycle, the Admin user can generate the report at any point in time by performing below mentioned steps:


Step 1: Go to Menu > Academic > Applicant > Registration.

Step 2: Click on the Registration Years button.


Step 3: Select the Academic Year and Click on the Applicants option with respect to any class for which you want to generate or view the report.

Step 4: Click on Reports option to generate the report as

  • Export as CSV: A CSV file will get generated with the information present on the screen.

  • Detailed CSV Report: A detailed CSV report will get generated.

  • Download PDF: Pdf can be generated with the information present on the screen.
