Change or Remove the Assigned Tutor for a Class
At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Settings > Manage Year/Class > Manage Year to open the Manage Year page.

At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration
> Settings
> Manage Year/Class
> Manage Class
to open the Manage Class
page.Select the Year. All Classes of the selected year are displayed
Select the Class
In the top right, click Manage > Assign Tutor to open the Assign Tutor page
The employee currently assigned as the tutor will be displayed.
Select the department the employee belongs to
Click Remove beside the employee you want to remove
