If you have accidentally transferred a student, you can revert the student back to their original batch. You cannot revert a student if they have been assigned a fee collection, assigned to subjects, have paid fees, have appeared for an exam in the current Class, or if there is no previous Class. Revert Class transfer can be performed by the administrator or a privileged employee (Manage Year/Class privilege must be provided).
At the top of your dashboard, click Menu > Administration > Settings > Manage Year/Class > Manage Class to open the Manage Class page.
In the top right, click the Revert Class Transfer button
Select the Class
Select the students to be transferred back to the previous Class
Click the Revert selected button
