Graduation in Class Transfer
An administrator or privileged employee (Manage year/class privilege must be provided) can graduate a class of students, once they have completed their studies in the institution. After a class is graduated, all the students will be moved from the active list of students to the Former/Alumni list.
You can check the specific students who are eligible for graduation and leave the box on those ones who aren't unchecked. There is also a leaving date field where you can select the leaving date of the eligible students and an option to generate TC.
