Graduate a Class of Students

Usually Classes will graduate after the students have completed their studies, then they can all be moved from the active list of students to the former/Alumni list. The admin or a privileged employee (Manage Year/Class privilege is required) can graduate a Class of students.


At the top of your dashboard, click Menu > Administration > Settings > Manage Year/Class > Manage Class to open the Manage Class page.

  1. In the top right, click the Class Transfer button

  2. Select the course

  3. Click Graduation beside the batch that is about to graduate

  1. Uncheck students who are not eligible to graduate

  2. In the Status description field, enter a comment

  3. In the Leaving date field, select the leaving date of the batch

  4. Click the Save button
