How to create a Fee refund rule for Fee collection?

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Finance > Fees > Fees refund > Create refund rule to open the Create fee refund page.

  2. In the Fee Collection field, select the fee collection.

  3. In the Refund name field, enter the refund name.

  4. In the Refund Validity field, select the date up to which the refund rule will be valid.

  5. Select the refund type as Percentage or Amount.

  6. In the Value field, enter the refund percentage or specific amount.

  7. Click the Create button.
