How do I remove an SMS package?

An SMS package can be removed from an individual school at any time.

  1. Log in to your institution portal account panel.

  2. In the top right, click your account name to open the account panel.

  3. Click the Company option. Your company’s profile is displayed.

  1. On the left, click SMS. The list of SMS packages (created and inherited) are displayed.

 

  1. Click Schools.

  2. Click Settings beside a school.

 

  1. In the top right, click the Remove SMS Package button.
