What does the User Audit page record and track?
User Audit tracks the following activities for each user:
- Logging in to Fedena
- Logging out of Fedena
- Viewing the attendance register
- Creating a timetable
- Viewing a timetable
- Adding an event in the calendar
- Creating a new fee collection
- Creating a new finance category
- Creating a fee particular
- Creating, editing, and approving or declining an employee payslip
The User Audit page lists all the users, their most recent activity performed, and the time the user was last active. Data in all columns can be sorted by clicking the headers. You can search and view user activity details according to the user role (Student and Employee) or for a specific user; Username (includes Parent).
To search and view student activity details:
- In the Search by field, select Student.
- In the Class field, select a class.
- In the Year field, select a year.
- Select a date range or specify a custom date.
- Click the Search button.
To view all activities performed by a particular student, click on a student’s username.
To search and view employee activity details:
- In the Search by field, select Employee.
- In the Department field, select a department.
- Select a date range or specify a custom date.
- Click the Search button.
To view all activities performed by a particular employee, click on an employee’s username.
To search and view activity details for a particular user (student, employee, or parent):
- In the Search by field, select Username.
- In the Username field, enter the username (employee ID, student admission number, or parent ID).
- Select a date range or specify a custom date.
- Click the Search button.
To view all activities performed by that particular user, click on the user’s username.
